What is your shipping policy?

Postage Information

Postage cost is $7.95 to any address within Australia for orders under $60 value.

Orders above $60 incur no shipping charge.

Orders are sent from South Australia and we aim to pack and post all orders within 24-48 hours. If there is a delay with mailing your order we will let you know by phone or email as soon as possible after the order has been placed.

We use Australia Post standard parcel post or the Sendle Courier network, whichever is the best option for your location, and will provide you with tracking after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive your tracking email, or have any queries about the status of your order, please get in touch with us on hello@ecowellness.com.au

International

We offer flat rate international shipping of $24.95 via Australia Post which we will review periodically to ensure we are offering our customers the best option.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds, returns and faulty items

If you receive your parcel and something is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us immediately on hello@ecowellness.com.au and we will discuss the options for a positive outcome.

If you receive something and it’s not quite what you expected or you changed your mind, please email us on hello@ecowellness.com.au and we will discuss your options. We are generally happy to refund most items that are returned in pristine and resaleable condition, excluding postage costs. We cannot accept returns on some personal care items or food but will assess each claim individually.
