Postage cost is $6.95 to any address within Australia.
Orders are sent from South Australia and we aim to pack and post all orders within 24 hours. If there is a delay with mailing your order we will let you know by phone or email as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
We use Australia Post and all orders will have tracking information available.
Most metro areas will receive their order 2-7 days after mailing. Delays may sometimes occur within Australia Post which can be frustrating we know, but is unfortunately beyond our control.
We offer flat rate international shipping of $24.95 via Australia Post which we will review periodically to ensure we are offering our customers the best option.
Refunds, returns and faulty items
If you receive your parcel and something is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss the options for a positive outcome.
If you receive something and it’s not quite what you expected or you changed your mind, please email us on email@example.com and we will discuss your options. We are generally happy to refund most items that are returned in pristine and resaleable condition, excluding postage costs. We cannot accept returns on some personal care items or food but will assess each claim individually.
